TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Bike hire from Copper Trails Bike Hire is provided under the following terms and conditions. Please read these conditions carefully as they form a binding legal agreement between you and us.
All bike hire will include a helmet. NO helmet. NO Bike! It is Australian law to wear a correctly fitting helmet when riding a bike.
All bike hire will also include a lock. Please ensure you lock the bike through the frame to a fixed object whenever you leave the bike.
You may ONLY ride on roads, riding trails or shared walking trails. No off-road riding is allowed.
Therefore
I agree to wear a helmet at all times while riding.
I agree to lock the bike/s to a sturdy fixed object whenever out of my sight.
I agree to obey all road rules and to tive way to pedestrians on a shared bikeway.
I agree to only ride on roads and riding/walking trails.
I accept fully responsibility for the loss or theft of bike/s, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
I agree not to ride at night unless the bike/s is/are fitted with working Australian approved front and rear lights.
I agree to follow all instructions and any I disregard I do so at my own risk, responsibility, and cost.
I confirm I have conducted a safety check of the bike/s before leaving the premises.
I hereby accept the terms and conditions state above and acknowledge that the hire equipment is in good order and condition.
PLEASE NOTE: You must agree to these Terms and Conditions before hiring a bike with Copper Trails Bike Hire.
